Villa Olivari is located on the Monte di Portofino (Portofino's mountain), a renown location rich in trails to the mountain and the the rocky shores. The walk to monte di Portofino, with its 610 m of elevation, is an easy and pleasant walk with any weather. The pathways bring you to historical and religious buildings or old fortifications. For the more audacious and expert, there are breathtaking hikes extending along the old aqueduct or reaching the cannon batteries. A 30 min walk brings to the small town of Camogli and a longer path to Portofino. The more pristine locations of Porto Pidocchio, Punta Chiappa, and Paraggi can be reached following some of the panoramic walks or via a public boat.
