Villa Pierina is located in the heart of San Teodoro in a very quiet residential area but equipped with every service (Pharmacy, Bar, Restaurants and Supermarket). The house, with attention to the smallest details, offers all the necessary comforts being equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV, barbecue and private water reserve. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a large shower, a lounge with a kitchenette and two splendid colors furnished with a dining table and sofas. La Cinta beach is located less than 2 km from the house and the Eurospin supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
