Signorile Villa molto spaziosa, ottima per due famiglie, può infatti ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone. La villa è di circa 180 metri quadri sviluppati su due piani collegati da scala interna ma con eventualmente due ingressi indipendenti, uno per piano. Di recente costruzione ed in zona molto tranquilla di Lu Bagnu frazione balneare di Castelsardo. Al piano terra troviamo un ampio soggiorno, cucina molto spaziosa, due camere da letto matrimoniali, divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno, ampio bagno con doccia. Posti auto riservati, splendido ed enorme terrazzo con vista mare con barbecue e possibilità di fare colazione/pranzo/cena all'aperto e godere di meravigliosi tramonti dietro l'Asinara. Giardino sia davanti che sul retro della villa, autonomia idrica in caso di assenza acqua di rete (cosa che non è rara), aria condizionata, lavatrice, tv digitale terrestre e TV satellitare certificato tivu'sat, forno a microonde, macchina caffè, cassaforte a chiave. Nella taverna sottostante troviamo un altro appartamento completo, cucina, due camere da letto, bagno, ampio soggiorno con divano letto. Anche qui troviamo lavatrice, TV digitale terrestre, forno microonde, macchina caffè, cassaforte a chiave, autonomia idrica. Villa dotata di ogni necessario e confort. Dista solamente 700 metri dalla splendida spiaggia "Ampurias" visibile in foto e bandiera blu dal 2015 al 2024. Non sono ammessi animali di nessun genere. Castelsardo è uno splendido borgo medioevale di straordinaria bellezza e si trova in posizione strategica al centro del golfo dell'Asinara e in poco tempo si raggiungono anche altre mete molto rinomate come Stintino, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Costa Smeralda, Palau, San Teodoro, Budoni, Arzachena, Cannigione, La Maddalena, ecc.... 30 km da Porto Torres e 120 km da Olbia, 70 km da Aeroporto Fertilia.

La villa si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo di Lu Bagnu frazione balneare di Castelsardo. Vicino alla spiaggia Ampurias bandiera blu da 10 anni.
