This former barn, which has been restored and transformed into a cosy villa, has a large, private garden with terraces, a lawn and olive trees. Complete with an attractive swimming pool, it makes the perfect getaway for a family or friends. The two-storey villa sleeps 4 people in comfort. The architecture effortlessly blends the traditional pale stone with contemporary touches. The open-plan living area covers the ground floor. Guests will find armchairs and sofas as well as a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6 people and is next to a beautifully appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. - Tax Town to be paid on the spot: EUR 1,5 per pax per day - untill 10 days - up to 12 years old are exempt - Note - A Damage deposit of Euro 1000 is required for under 21 years old groups. - The security deposit of 500 EUR must be paid upon arrival by Credit Card; the amount will be blocked and not cashed. - Cleaning fee must be paid in cash on the spot at arrival: EUR 270. - Cot and high-chair available on request.
