The sea view villa is situated in Lu Pultiddolu village, 6 km near Santa Teresa Gallura. The small village of Lu Pultiddolu is made of few villas, in a quiet position that makes the house perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the back of the villa, there is an outdoor washbasin, an outdoor shower and a closet where there are the washing machine and beach equipment. Villa Rubino is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito nets. The covered veranda is great for meals outside. At your disposal barbecue and private parking. The village’s beach is only 700 m from the villa, and the biggest one, “La Liccia”, is 800 m. All services (supermarket, bar, restaurant) are at 500 m. Rules: - MANDATORY MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX EUR 2.50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER, TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION ON BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. - During their stay, guests will have to carry out separate waste collection by correctly separating waste and respecting the daily "door-to-door" calendar using the bins. Any remaining rubbish must be disposed of before departure via the nearest recycling centers. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - We ask our guests kindly to leave the house tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery cleaned and the fridge empty - Bed sheets and towels can be rented on request for EUR 20 per person to pay at the check-in. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. - One small size dog only is allowed on request, not other animals.
