Villa White Dahlia is just 4 km from the famous sandy beach of Punta della Suina. The entrance to the villa takes place by means of a gate surrounded by a lush garden. The Villa is presented at the entrance with a canopy where you can have lunch or enjoy a wonderful relaxing evening. From here you enter the house. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining area. Around the living room there are four bedrooms, three of which are double and one single, served by two bathrooms with shower. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower floor and is served by a full bathroom, you access the lowered area with a comfortable spiral staircase. Also on the lower floor there is a room dedicated to fitness. The villa offers a spacious well-equipped kitchen which leads to the outdoor area, with a swimming pool for exclusive use, the strong point of the structure. The newly built swimming pool guarantees maximum well-being and safety with large steps for being in the water with children (max depth 1.40 meters). The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, sofas and swings.
