Located in Torregrande in Via della Pineta, a few steps from the sea. Excellent location to reach the most famous seaside resorts. The house is on two levels and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is the kitchen, complete with accessories, crockery, plates and appliances: refrigerator, microwave and oven. Also on the ground floor there is a living room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It also has an equipped courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
