I am a retired Educator of 35 years. I was born in Jamaica but emigrated to the US at 13. I have traveled worldwide and recently decided to make Jamaica my Caribbean escape. I love meeting people from varied cultures and learning new languages. Sports. Gardening, Home Renovations and design are a few of my hobbies. I am people oriented and find every excuse to gather.

This property is a 3 bed, 3 bathroom, Villa with the entire first floor equipped for all your living and entertainment needs. A 65 " large screen HDTV sets the pace for movie nights. A sofa for 6 along with other chairs make gathering easy. There are 3 dining options; eat at the kitchen counter, eat at the custom high gathering table and or eat at the traditional dining table. Rounding off the first floor is a large kitchen with all amenities from soup to nuts....A washroom consisting of a wash sink, washer and dryer. iron and ironing board gives u everything you need to make you comfortable. A powder room is tucked away privately on this same floor. Large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. Walk out the front door and a beautiful tropical garden with a bench beckons you to stop, sit and relax. A lovely garden is directly across from the Villa and provides more opportunities to bond with nature.. In back of the Villa is an outdoor entertainment area. An Umbrella covers your dining table to shield you from the sun and there is enough seating around for a dinner party of 12. No need to leave for the gym, walk the compound, swim in the lovely pool, play a little basketball and relax. Fruit trees outside your Villa makes for interesting conversation and eating when the mangoes fall. The vision was to provide a modern, comfortable space for all to enjoy. See the pics. My family, friends and I are all in them to share an authentic sense of what you can do in Ochi. We are close to many restaurants, attractions, beaches, supermarket and more only 5 to 10 mins away. The neighborhood is quiet, safe. easily accessible and the neighbors are friendly and kind. Local attractions such as Dunns River Fall, Mystic mtn, Dolphins Cove, Chukka Adventures, White River Rafting, Beaches, Restaurants, Gas stations and shops are all 5 to 10 minutes away.The Blue Hole is 25 mins. There is a lot to do and we are right there to facilitate your needs.
