Cozy Villa is situated at Hibiscus Way, Greenwich Estate, Drax Hall in St. Ann. It is in a safe, gated community. The property is a two (2) bedroom home with one bath, a living and dining, and a kitchen with a wash area. The home is small, however, very comfortable and warm.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ac units, a queen-size, bedside table, and a dresser. They are also equipped with all your linen needs.
The living room is fully furnished and equipped with a cooling fan,a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with Netflix access and cable. Wifi is accessible in all areas.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the utensils necessary to prepare a healthy meal. The wash area has a washer and the basic amenities necessary for your laundry
The house has a patio with a coffee table and chairs for those who might like the morning or the evening sun. The property is also beautifully landscape.

Cozy Villa is situated in a quiet and safe gated community. It is two (2 ) minutes away from the famous Jerk Center " Scotchies," three( 3) minutes away from Boot gas station,pharmacy, and groceries. Four (4) minutes away from KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and Sakura.
It's ten (10) minutes away from Ocho Rios town, eight (8) minutes from Mystic Mountain, seven 7 minutes from Dolphin Cove, five 5 minutes from Dunns River Falls.
Priory has a free beach that is only ten 10 minutes away.
