Established as a pioneer of desert hospitality, we have been crafting unforgettable experiences in Jordan’s most iconic landscape for over a decade.
As the first camp to bring the Martian Domes to Wadi Rum, we’ve not only redefined desert glamping but also attracted global attention—including hosting Elon Musk during his R&D for his Mars mission. Our innovative spirit, combined with deep Bedouin roots, makes us a destination unlike any other.
Our team is made up of locals who call Wadi Rum home, offering genuine warmth, storytelling, and traditions passed down for generations. Whether it’s guiding an off-road adventure, preparing the nightly Zarb, or welcoming guests with sweet Bedouin tea, we ensure that every stay feels both luxurious and deeply personal.

At SunCity Camp, guests discover the magic of Wadi Rum while enjoying the comfort of modern hospitality. Nestled among dramatic sandstone mountains and endless desert landscapes, the camp offers a unique blend of authenticity and innovation.
We are proud to be the originators of the Martian Dome concept in Wadi Rum, introducing the very first domes to the desert and setting the standard for the iconic stargazing experience that travelers now associate with the region. These domes, along with our Bedouin-style tents and luxury suites, allow guests to choose between modern cosmic comfort and traditional desert charm.
Evenings at SunCity Camp are unforgettable, highlighted by our traditional Zarb dinner—a Bedouin underground barbecue—and nights spent beneath one of the clearest starry skies in the world. For those seeking adventure, Wadi Rum offers guided jeep tours, camel treks, hiking, and even hot-air balloon rides. For those seeking tranquility, there’s nothing like watching the sunrise paint the desert in shades of gold from the comfort of your dome.
周辺エリアの情報
SunCity Camp is located in the heart of Wadi Rum, a UNESCO World Heritage site also known as the “Valley of the Moon.” Its surreal red sand dunes and towering rock formations have made it the setting for Hollywood blockbusters like The Martian, Dune, and Lawrence of Arabia.
The neighborhood is as rich in culture as it is in landscapes. Guests can explore ancient Nabataean inscriptions, walk paths once traveled by Lawrence of Arabia, and engage with the Bedouin people who have called this desert home for centuries.
By day, the desert is a playground of exploration—from jeep safaris and camel rides to hiking through canyons. By night, it transforms into one of the world’s best natural observatories, free of light pollution and alive with millions of stars. It is a neighborhood where history, adventure, and cosmic wonder all converge.
