宿泊施設の情報
1)The entrance of studio apartment is located on a fairly large road, so the noise may bother some people. For those who are sensitive to noise, please bring earplugs with you. The room faces away from the road, but it is still possible to hear if sirens pass by.
2)Please note that there is some construction work going on next to the building, and they are expected to continue until June, 2021. The site will be approximately 10~15m from the listing.
3)To prevent damage in the apartment and entrance, bringing in large luggage or large amounts of luggage is not permitted. If found breaking this rule, guests will be fined 50,000 JPY. Also, using the apartment as a storage space/warehouse is strictly prohibited.
4)If it is found that guest numbers have been falsified, offenders will be fined 50,000 JPY.
5)If bulky items or over-sized trash is left after check out, you will be fined 50,000 JPY.
6)Smoking is prohibited inside, on, and around this property. If you are caught throwing cigarette butts on the ground or any damage is found, you will be fined 50,000 yen.
周辺エリアの情報
Hatagaya is a very convenient area for getting around Tokyo and it also has a great local feel, but only 3 minutes to Shinjuku station. Nishihara street, the local street in Hatagaya is great for taking a stroll along, it will give you the feeling of being a local in Tokyo. It has lots of great small shops and local Japanese restaurants as well as a local sento (bathhouse).
