We have been operating multiple unmanned accommodation facilities since 2015. We currently manage approximately 400 rooms. Our headquarters are in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, with bases in Okinawa and Hokkaido. Our customer support and cleaning teams consist of approximately 80 staff members, mostly Japanese. As stated on our accommodation pages, we strive to provide the highest level of hospitality possible. We aim to be a win-win for guests, the local community, owners, and our staff. [Room 5] This room has 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. You'll have a private room located on one of the floors between the 1st and 5th. This building is also equipped with an elevator. [Room 6] The room has 4 double beds and can accommodate up to 8 guests, which is perfect for group trips. If you're a group of 4, each person can enjoy a double bed all to themselves for a comfortable stay. Located just a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Honganji-mae Station and a 15-minute walk from Susukino Station, it's convenient for exploring downtown Sapporo and getting around the city. ■ Overview -You will have a private room on one of the floors from 2nd to 5th. The building has an elevator. -The room uses a smart lock, so you don’t need to carry a key. The entrance is auto-locked for added security—only guests can enter the building. -Please take off your shoes when entering the room. This makes it comfortable for relaxing, especially for families with small children. - Fully equipped with air conditioning for summer and heating facilities for winter.
