Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, no party, excessive noise and smoking allowed. ★6-min train ride from Haneda Airport. ★6-min train ride to Shinagawa, 10 to Yokohama, 18 to Ginza, 30 to Asakusa, 30 to Shibuya, Shinjuku. ★6-min walk from the local station, Kojiya. 11-min walk from Keikyu Kamata. ★This is the entire 2nd floor of a house (completely separated from the 1st with a separate entrance) ★Hi-speed Wi-Fi ★Free Netflix ★Stores are just around the corner. This is a newly-renovated house and this listing is for the entire second floor. A bright living room with exposed quaint beams, a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A spacious loft with Tatami where three sets of Futon can be laid. Fully equipped kitchen, functional shower room, wash room and toilet are available. 1. You have access to the entire floor. One night, one group. 2. Some closets are host only. There is a security camera OUT of the entrance.
