Welcome to Guesthouse Emi NIKKO!
This cozy and welcoming place is perfect for relaxing after your travels. “Emi” means “smile” in Japanese—we hope many smiles are shared here.
Our guesthouse is a traditional Japanese home where you can experience local life like a visit to a friend’s house.
We’re located between two popular areas: the historical sites of Nikko (like Toshogu Shrine and Lake Chuzenji) and the hot springs of Kinugawa Onsen.
After a day of sightseeing, come back, relax, and enjoy meeting travelers from around the world.
We hope you’ll make unforgettable memories here!

! Must Check !
My guesthouse is not located near Nikko Station.
It’s in a neighboring town within Nikko City, about 20 minutes away by train.
It takes about 25 minutes from Daiyamuko Station (the nearest station to my guesthouse) to Nikko Station, and about 30 minutes to Kinugawa Onsen Station.
This means the guesthouse is located between two major sightseeing areas.
If you purchase the “Marugoto Nikko Free Pass” at Asakusa Station, you can explore the area more affordably.
Our guesthouse is located next to a small stream, and you can hear the sound of the water flowing.
Our family grew up in this house, and we are a calm and warm-hearted family.
Why not enjoy this peaceful atmosphere and spend time in a traditional Japanese home?
We’ve prepared some traditional Japanese toys and games for you to enjoy.
Let’s make your trip to Nikko fun and memorable together!
• Daiyamuko Station is just a 5-minute walk away.
