This a hill-top room on the first floor your private mini-kitchen, gym and patio in a 3-story house . The bathroom is shared with the owner.
You occupy all of first floor while we live on the 2F-3F with our 2 toddler daughters.
It is a 8-min walk from the Higashi-Kanagawa Station, with the last 100m walk on a relatively steep hill.
