[Winter Precautions] Due to the risk of the water pipes freezing and bursting during the winter season, please ensure that all faucets (shower, bathtub, kitchen) are left running at all times. When you check in, please do not stop the water that is running. At night, please turn off the water heater and leave a small flow of water running on the hot water side. ★Keep the kitchen drain cover open to avoid drainage issues ・When leaving water running, always leave the drain cover off. ・When cooking, make sure to close the cover to prevent food waste from flowing into the drain.
