Check-in Check-in time: 15:00–21:00 To reserve your check-in time, please use our online reservation system. Details will be provided after your booking is confirmed. Check-in times are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred time is unavailable, please select another slot or contact us directly. Upon arrival, you will complete the check-in registration, confirm important information, and receive your keys. No Check-in After 21:00 If your travel plans may result in an arrival after 21:00, we kindly ask that you make alternative accommodation arrangements. We do not provide check-in services after 21:00. Late arrivals require the arrangement of additional staff and incur the following charges: Late Arrival Fees: After 21:00: 5,000yen per 30 minutes After 22:30:due to limited return transportation options for our staff, we will charge an additional 5,000 yen every 30 minutes, plus a 30,000 yen taxi fee for the staff. For example, a 22:30 check-in will incur an additional charge of 5,000 yen × 4 + 30,000 yen = 50,000 yen. To avoid additional fees and ensure a smooth check-in, please arrive no later than 20:50. Check-out Check-out time: By 10:00 AM Self check-out is required. Instructions will be provided during your stay. Advance Notice Required Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least one week before your stay. If we do not receive your check-in schedule in advance, we may not be able to accommodate a smooth check-in.
