This cozy studio is perfect for two guests and features a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with toilet, fast WiFi, and fresh towels and linens provided for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, mini fridge, hot water kettle, stove, and all the essential cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Guests have access to a 24/7 exclusive gym equipped with premium fitness equipment and a TV, as well as a coin laundry located on the ground floor ideal for longer stays. Situated in the heart of Osaka, the apartment is just an 8–9 minute walk to Nipponbashi and Namba Stations, with a Family Mart convenience store only 1 minute away for quick snacks and essentials. Enjoy keyless check-in, full privacy with no shared spaces, and complete access to all facilities during your stay. In accordance with local ordinances, all guests are required to provide identification. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will request the following details from each guest: full name, address, occupation, nationality, and phone number, along with a photo ID. For non-residents of Japan, a passport photo is required. For Japanese residents, a driver’s license, passport, or similar form of ID is acceptable. Early check-in is only available if there are no other reservations on the same day prior to your arrival. Luggage storage is available from 12 PM on the day of check-in, and you may place your bags inside the room. Please note that we do not accept luggage storage after check-out; we recommend using coin lockers available at nearby stations for your convenience. Lastly, please note that the building has 33 rooms with the same layout, but the positioning of the desk, balcony door, air conditioner, or ceiling design may vary slightly from room to room.
