The facility is new and clean. It is only 2 stations away from USJ with no transfers. This facility is perfect for playing at Universal Studios Japan. It is also within 10 minutes by train from Osaka Station and Namba Station. It is 2 stations away from Kyocera Dome. You can also use this facility as a base for sightseeing in Osaka. As this is a rental of an entire house, other guests will not be able to use it. A large TV is installed in the living room, so you can enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime. A Nintendo Switch is also installed, so everyone can have fun together. There are 2 shower rooms, 2 sinks and 2 toilets, so it can accommodate large groups. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a rice cooker, pots, tableware, a hot plate, etc., so you can cook your own meals during your stay. (Condiments are not provided.) The number of rooms provided varies depending on the number of people. Two rooms are provided for up to four people, three rooms for up to six people, four rooms for up to eight people, and all rooms for nine people or more. If you would like to add more rooms without changing the number of people, it will cost 3,000 yen per room per night. There is a public bath near the facility, so even large groups can enjoy a relaxing bath.
