I like traveling, the outdoors, and sea activities (kayaking and SUP). I have previously worked in Indonesia and the Philippines, and I would like to share the joys of Mukaishima with travelers from all over the world by letting them know about the beauty of the Seto Inland Sea.

Relax in a quiet and stylish room and tangerine bath by the sea. Pets (2 small dogs) are allowed (3000/pet, cash payment required). An open-air bath is available during the winter (December through March), and from the living room/kitchen on the first floor or from the bedroom on the second floor, you have a spectacular view of the beautiful ocean and small uninhabited island. At night (if the weather is fine), countless stars are beautiful. Mukoshima is an “island of oranges. It is a natural that they are delicious to eat, but the villa also offers “summer oranges” and “yuzu”, whose beauty benefits are spoken of, for the open-air baths only during the winter season. Cycling is popular throughout the year, especially along the “Shimanami Cycling Course,” which is coveted by cyclists from all over the world. Mukojima Island is located on that course, along the coastal path. At our villa, you can also enjoy BBQ in the large garden in front of the building while looking out over the ocean. Preparation and cleanup are easy. Just bring your own meat, vegetables, and sauce, and you can use the BBQ equipment, charcoal, and igniters free of charge. Mountain climbing is popular at Takami Mountain in Mukoshima. (About pets) Pets are allowed to room free in the living/dining/kitchen area on the 1st floor. However, please note that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please bring your own cage and pee mat. There is one cage only for one dog we have prepared .

There are delicious Italian and French restaurants near the villa. On the island, there are a variety of Japanese, Chinese, ramen and Western restaurants. There are also large supermarkets, home improvement stores, drug stores, 100-yen shops and fishing tackle shops. Tourist attractions include old temples and shrines such as Senkoji Park in Onomichi City, and unique shopping streets. On Mukaishima, there is the Innoshima Bridge with its magnificent views, Mt. Takami and Iwashijima with Itsukushima Shrine. There are plenty of things to see and do, such as cycling along the Shimanami Kaido from the Innoshima Bridge, trekking on Mt. Takami and hiking on Iwakojima.
