We offer a private guest room on the top floor of our house with its own bidet toilet and sink area. There are no other rooms connecting, which makes it very private. It comes with other practical items like a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee and tea, microwave, desk area and big closet and drawers. We also provide a hair dryer, cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A balcony at your room can be used to dry laundry. The shower and laundry machine (with integrated dryer function) are shared with us and located on the first floor. You can navigate the floors with a private elevator. Check in is flexible with a door code, you can enter and exit the house any time of the day. After check out you can also leave your luggage and pick it up later the same day.

We are Tomoharu and Lisa, a Japanese/German couple living together in this house. We both love to travel and know what asian but also western tourists need during their travels! Although we live in the same house, we will let you have your privacy and usually we have an opposite daily routine schedule than our guests.

Sakurajosui is a local and residential area with lots of nice restaurants, cafes and also supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies and convenient stores in walking distance. You can reach the closest station by walking for 2 minutes! The Keio line will bring you to Shinjuku in 15 minutes without transfer. Shibuya can be reached in 15 minutes and the trendy area of Shimokitazawa in 10 minutes. Haneda Airport is about 1 hour from the house / Narita about 1 1/2 hours.
