“駐車場があるのが大変良いと思います。あまり駐車場付きの物件は見つからないので・・・。 USJや海遊館などに行くのも、車で30分かからないぐらいで行けます。近くに(徒歩3分)商業施設があり、そこにはマクドナルドやスーパー、ドラッグストア、ダイソーなどあったら助かるものばかりです。なので、この物件の立地条件は非常に良いと思います。 各部屋も清潔に保たれていて、宿泊する際のストレスは全く感じませんでした。 また、大阪に遊びに行く機会があれば、プタオを利用したいです。”

“干净如新。 一层有两个淋浴间，一层和二层在楼梯旁各有一个马桶间。一层厅里还有一个复古的Pac Man街机。 牙刷浴巾，一应俱全。 交通便利，步行到住之江公园地铁站5分钟左右，周边购物餐饮都很方便，虽然我们当时没有利用，但步行来往地铁站都看见了。 房东回复有点慢，但怎么领取钥匙，都提前说得很清楚，图文并茂。 下次有机会，想多住几晚～”
