The house is perfect for friends and families to BBQ, relax together and enjoy Shimoda, Minami-Izu, Kawazu during every season. The interior design is a true beach house feel where you can BBQ, Cook, hang out and relax. It is a self manged system so you will not be interupted during your stay and we will support with anything you need through including suggestions to restaurants and activities.

House is a huge space designed for families to relax, BBQ, cook, drink and enjoy the beach life and has a unique "beach pop" design to make you feel like you are at the beach. Huge open plan downstairs area, outside deck and BBQ space. 4 spacious bedrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Less than 1 minute walk to beautiful Sotoura Beach with no roads to cross. Perfect for families with kids, no waves, shallow water, water slides in the summer, ice-cream and food shops, swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddle board and family kayak tours. Of season it is a great location for sightseeing, coastal walks, exploring Shimnoda, Minami Izu and Kawazu areas as well as great sea food.
