“隣どうしの部屋を希望していたのではなく、同じフロアを希望していた。 希望通りだった。 海外からの研修生達による対応が主体であったが、テキパキしていて非常にがんばっていたので、気持ちよく接していただけた。”

“15:00前にホテルに着いたが、チェックイン時間より早く受付していただいた。チェックイン時の説明で朝食なしの素泊まりという事も予め説明していただき良かった(違うホテルでチェックイン時に朝食の有無、案内がなかったので、朝食食べられなかった)。スタッフの対応が良かった。駅から近くて良かった。”
