We have been operating multiple unmanned accommodation facilities since 2015. We currently manage approximately 400 rooms. Our headquarters are in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, with bases in Okinawa and Hokkaido. Our customer support and cleaning teams consist of approximately 80 staff members, mostly Japanese. Other Information The property is located in a quiet residential area, just a short distance from the bustling downtown area. A convenience store, 24-hour supermarket, and hourly parking are within a 5-minute walk. Reasonably priced, they also make an ideal base for sightseeing by car. Within a 5-minute drive, you'll find the large supermarket "ARCS" and the popular conveyor-belt sushi restaurants "Nagoyakatei" and "Nemuro Hanamaru." A wide variety of other restaurants are also available, including Japanese, Chinese, sushi, and ramen (miso and soy sauce).
