“予約した時に間違えて喫煙部屋にしていたのをチェックインの時に知りました。自分が間違えたから仕方ないと思い諦めて部屋に入りましたがやはり臭いに耐えられなくてダメもとで部屋を変えれないかお願いしたところ、禁煙の部屋に変更して頂きました。二泊だったので凄く有り難かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえた事で、出張先にも身軽に行けました。 本当にありがとうございました。”
