Please note that there is a dress code for dinner at on-site restaurant Fanuan. All guests are requested to dress smart casual, and sleeved shirts and long trousers are required for men. Attires mentioned below may not permitted:

- Gym clothes, shorts, and camouflage style clothing

- Flip-flops and room slippers

- Traditional clothing (Yukata, Jimbei, etc.)

Please Conceal Your Tattoos

At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach.

The indoor pool is open at 9am - 9pm from April to June, 1pm - 9pm from July to September and 9am - 9pm from October to March.

※ During the times listed above in 1 and 3, the lighting in the guest rooms, air conditioning, hot water, refrigerators, and electrical appliances (TVs, bidet toilets, power outlets, Internet, Wi-Fi, etc.) will be unavailable. (The guest room telephones and toilets will be available.)

※ During the times listed above in 1, all elevators in the building will be in operation.

※ During the times listed above in 3, only one elevator in the building will be in operation on the North Tower side.

Renovation of the 44-foot Catamaran Yacht (Mahaina)

◆Renovation Period／September 16, 2025 - May 31, 2026

・The Sunset Cruise, Sailboat Cruise, Night Sky Cruise, and Ocean Fun activities will be held on a different vessel during the renovation period.

◆The substitute vessel will be either a 45-foot catamaran yacht or an express cruiser.

・Due to the change in vessels, the capacity for each program will vary depending on the vessel used. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Drainage maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor lower pool work will be carried out from 10 February 2026 to 15 February 2026, 8:30 - 17:00.

Drainage maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor upper pool work will be carried out from 3 March 2026 to 08 March 2026, 8:30 - 17:00.
