#TravellerReviewAwards2025 The host is fluent in English and also speaks French. 4 minutes from Higashi-Ikebukuro Station on the Yurakucho Line Subway and Higashi-Ikebukuro Yonchome Station on the Sakura Tram Line, 8 minutes on foot to Sunshine City Mall, and 14~15 minutes on foot to Ikebukuro and Otsuka Stations. Both the interior and exterior of the house have a dignified taste of a house imported from the United States. The host lives on the 1st floor(ground level). The apartment unit which is on the second floor is accessed by internal stairs. The apartment unit is self-contained having its own entrance, so you can relax in spacious and quiet rooms. 1 twin room (single bed x 2), one double room( double bed X 1)one Japanese style room (single bed x 1). In the living room you find microwave oven, induction cooker, coffee maker, refrigerator and sink. There are a spacious washroom, bathroom with tub, 2 toilets The unit also has a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The 5th person(if not sharing the double bed) can use a futon mattress in a Japanese-style room. 1 minute walk to Super Maruetsu Petit, 3 minutes walk to 7-Eleven. Sunshine City is a large shopping mall with many restaurants, shops, an aquarium, an observatory, and the Pokemon Center "NAMJATOWN".
