Each room comes with air conditioning, a comfortable layout, and a simple yet tasteful decoration. Guests can also enjoy a large shaded terrace, perfect for unwinding, reading, or even working in a calm atmosphere.
Your hosts, a Franco-Khmer family, live on-site with their 3-year-old son, three friendly dogs, and a cat. They will warmly welcome you and are always happy to share their tips and recommendations to help you discover Kampot and its surroundings.
Nearby, you can explore the world-famous pepper plantations, the salt fields, the Phnom Chhnork cave, or enjoy a beautiful sunset boat trip on the river. For nature lovers, the misty landscapes of Bokor Mountain are a must, and within 30 minutes you can reach Kep beach to taste the famous crab with green pepper. For us, hosting is not a job but a true pleasure. We enjoy meeting new people, exchanging stories, and showing the most beautiful places in and around Kampot. Alongside this, Joffrey works on his projects Livolo France and French Corner Shop, while Soriya offers personalized tuk-tuk tours to explore the region: pepper plantations, caves, salt fields, Bokor Mountain, or a sunset boat trip on the river — always tailored to the guest’s wishes.

Our house is located in a quiet and green area, just a few minutes from Kampot town center. Guests especially appreciate the peaceful atmosphere: waking up to the sound of birds — and sometimes the neighborhood chickens — enjoying the lotus pond, and feeling like you’re in the countryside while still being close to town.
Nearby, you can go kayaking in the stunning Green Cathedral, visit the famous pepper plantations, salt fields, caves, or enjoy a sunset boat ride on the river. The region also offers great day trips to Bokor Mountain and the seaside town of Kep.
