The sun comes in well and there is good ventilation. This is a full-option accommodation with a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, hair dryer, clothes dryer, microwave, TV and wifi.

This accomodation is located right in front of Konkuk University Station, offering excellent transportation access. It is surrounded by trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops in a lively university district. Most importantly, it is very close to Seongsu-dong, just a short walk or one subway stop away. Nearby attractions include Seoul Forest, cultural complexes, and the famous Seongsu café street. This makes the accommodation a perfect spot to experience both the energy of Kondae and the hip vibes of Seongsu.
