“직원분들 모두 친절하고 응대가 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓고 바다 성산일출봉 전망이 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 청소나 침구 청결을 중요시 하는데, 제가 느끼기엔 관리가 잘되어있어 만족스러웠습니다. 단품으로 구성된 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 훈데르트 바서파크와 산책로 및 성산일출봉 전망 카페 등이 있어서, 가볍게 산책하며 즐기기에도 좋았습니다. 기상악화로 배가 결항 되었을때도, 고객을 위한 유연한 대처가 정말 최고였습니다.”

“1. 침구류가 뭘지 궁금해 졌습니다. 이렇게 꿀잠을 자본적이 별로 없었던것 같습니다. 2. 시설이 그냥 좋아요, 어메니티, 넓고 쾌적한 공간, 조용하고 예쁜 숙소 3. 우도 선착장 바로 근처라 이동이 편리하고, 바로 붙어있는 훈데바르트 파크도 볼만했습니다. 해수욕장에서 놀다가 저녁거리 사와서 편하게 먹으면서 제대로 휴식을 취했습니다.”
