“1F位置是對外營業的咖啡廳，上樓的樓梯有訂斜板，方便托行李箱上樓；早餐給的是麥片跟保久乳，還有即溶咖啡；廚房用品幾乎應有盡有（鍋碗瓢盆杯/微波爐/電磁爐/冰箱/桌上型冰熱飲水機），算是很齊全，垃圾桶很大，也有提供垃圾袋；沐浴用品（洗髮/沐浴/洗臉/牙膏/吹風機）基本上也都有，三間浴室都有；廁所可能管路問題，味道很重，雖然放置超多超香的芳香用品，依然掩蓋不了味道；有洗衣機跟烘衣機很方便（記得要洗的話，要自備洗劑），但沒太多衣架可以掛衣服；上下樓層的隔音沒有很好，其它樓層的住客在上下樓都能很清...”
