Chao Lan operation hours

- Lunch: 12:00 to 15:00 (Last Order at 14:30)

- Dinner: 18:00 to 21:30 (Last Order at 20:30)

The operation hours of each restaurant may change. For detailed information, refer to the hotel's homepage.

From 15 April 2022, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and shaving gel will not be provided. Also, starting 17 October, all toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and hand soap, etc. will be changed from 40 ml single-use bottles to 300 ml dispenser bottles.

Please note that the fitness centre, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December. In January, they will be closed on 22 January 2025.

The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted in case of the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather or rain.

From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.

During the peak season (July-August), daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.

Please note that you must wear a swim cap when using the pool.

Swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)

Children aged 15 years and below are not allowed to use the Fitness and Sauna.

The rates are different during the special period, so please contact the hotel in advance.
