Квартира 50 кв.м. в новом ЖК в историческом центре Алматы, полностью доступна для гостей. В квартире прохладно и чисто. Развитая инфраструктура. На первом этаже дома несколько продуктовых магазинов, туристическое агентство, салоны красоты и нотариус. Рядом станция метро, остановки общественного транспорта, кофейни, кафе и рестораны. Квартира находится на 10 этаже 12этажного дома с прекрасным видом на центральную часть города. В доме есть 2 круглосуточных лифта. Обратите внимание, что нужно оплатить депозит или бронь в размере 10 000 тенге до заселения и полную оплату, чтобы получить точный адрес и код от двери.
