The villa features four luxury bedrooms, each equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, soft mattresses with hotel-quality linen, a desk, a large mirror, and a wardrobe for your belongings. Three bedrooms also include a minibar. The upstairs rooms have balconies with veranda chairs offering beautiful views. There are two bathrooms with hot water and two spacious living rooms. Downstairs, the living room includes a coffee station and a large fridge. Beneath the staircase, you’ll find a cozy chill-out space with board games. Upstairs, the living room has a sofa and a projector for streaming your favorite movies. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking, including plenty of cutlery, pans, and glasses, as well as a water filter, microwave, toaster, and air fryer. Hiriketiya is 10 min walk. The beach is 15 min walk. Far enough located away from the noise. Surrounded by jungle but on very accessible roads. You will be part of a village but don’t have to worry about your privacy. Also public transportation is nearby as well as town area where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and a gym.
