The property consist of a 1 arch land with a lot of fruit trees and an old traditional well. The specious veranda would be an ideal reading area. Food will be prepared in a 300 year old traditional kitchen. A guest can also enjoy a very xalm social drink with the host over a lengthy chat on the heritage Sri Lanka
The host is a retired civil engineer who would be escorting the guest in sight seeing if necessary. He will teach you on the history of the property as well as the history and the importance of some main locations in the city of Matale. The paddy field and the stream running across the paddy field would be a must enjoy point
