This newly built house includes a main house with four bedrooms, all with double beds, toilets and showers, and a smaller apartment equipped with a double bed bedroom and a bathroom containing a toilet and a shower. The house is located in Negombo, the fifth largest city in Sri Lanka with just a 40 minute drive from the capital city of Colombo. It takes 20 minutes to drive to Bandaranayke International Airport. There is two parking spaces, free of charge, right by the house The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and adequate kitchen articles. The dining table has seats for 10 people. The rooms are also provided with TV, AC and a fan. In the house there is also a laundry with a washing machine, for the apartment the washing machine is located in the garage located below. There is an outside seating area as well as a smaller garden.

The house is fairly close to the beaches and located 2.1 kilometers from Negombo Beach. Central parts of Negombo is 5 kilometers away. Various markets, shops, pharmacies, bus stops and cabs/autos are within an area of 2.1 kilometers. Water-activities in Negombo include the Dutch Canal and the Negombo Lagoon, all within 5 kilometers and reachable by boat tours. One day trips to Galle, Hikkaduwa and Bentota are doable from Negombo, where one can see hatchery for turtles.
