This property is located near the beach. from unawatuna public beach have only 200,Meter. and also only 150 meters in shortcut for beach. this property is a single house full freedom and cool house for family or friends to living. there is a wall around the property and remote gate. ,if you need , there is a gardener for cleaning around the apartment. (his not living on property his living in a neighbor house) you can enjoy here with your private parties. If you need airport drop and pickup we can arrange it.. Notice : We not Allowed Local Guest.
I am worked at 17 years in Italy. Very gentle and friendly person. you can discus anything with me. If you want extra service like traveling, bike and Vehicle for rent, tour service, any other things if you need i can support to you.
Neighborhood are very kind and helpful persons as i know. have a wall around the properties. and very individual
