Wine Tree Garden Guesthouse is located in a quiet a green natural surrounding. We have a garden with a lot of small animals passing by, different kind of birds (parrot, woodpecker), squirrels, monkeys, flying dog (the giant bat). You can enjoy the animal life show from the patio. We have a wine tree in the garden and a lot of other flowering plants. The garden and the rooms are decorated with details of the theme wine. Feel as it is your home. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the center of Mirissa, or only a 5 minute bicycle ride. There are 2 bicycle and you can use it for free (if they are available). With the bicycle you can also explore other beautiful beaches in the surrounding. There is strong wifi for free and a table if you want to work.

One of the most popular things to do is to swim with turtles at Turtle beach. You can snorkel with turtles that come to the bay to eat grass. We have snorkelling gear that you can use for free. Its a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minutes ride with the bicycle. There are many other beautiful beaches to visit, like Polhena beach, Madiha beach, Secret beach, Coconut beach. If you like to surf, there are different surf-spots in de surrounding for every level of surfing. At the coconut hill it is stunning to see the sunset and is only a 10 minutes walk from Wine Tree Garden. Or you can go to Parrot rock in front of Marissa beach. Other popular and beautiful places around Mirissa can easily visit by bus. Galle is about 1 hour by bus, Unuwatuna is about 45 minutes, Hirekatiya beach is about 1,5 hour and Talalla beach about 45 minutes by bus. Mirissa has a lot of restaurants with Sri Lankan food or Western food and places for fruit juices or coffee.
