On the outskirts of Palanga, in Monciškės, 700 meters from the beach, a new, cozy, air-conditioned 2-storey, 2-bedroom house (7 beds) of 86 m² is for rent in a fenced area. The sea is only a 7-minute walk away. The house has a green lawn with a large terrace and balcony, 3 parking spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wifi. It is ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle, crowded beaches in midsummer. There is a bicycle path leading to Palanga or Šventoji nearby, as well as SPA and shopping centers.
