「Lovely comfortable house with everything we needed for a one week stay.
The hosts are lovely people who live next door.
They came in each day and made up the fire for the evening and took out the rubbish.
They left fresh eggs, honey and fruit...」

The Sodyba Miegėnai is a unique place for families and friends to have an extraordinary experience in a small village in Lithuania called Miegėnai. We are suggesting you a calm and relaxing time getting away from the city noises and daily basis. You can either take a nice walk to another small and kind of popular village Paberžė or chill out in the "glass house", where you can listen to various tracks on the gramophone and have fun time in sauna. Also, the Sodyba "Miegėnai" is located near the pond called "Nykys", where you can swim and refresh from hot summer days.
The owners are a big family, which has decided to share its beautiful and the most relaxing place. We are living in the house next door. We will make sure that your visit will only leave good memories with unforgettable experiences. Be comfortable to ask whatever you want or share your needs and complaints.
Only 4 km from the village Miegėnai is located another small and popular village Paberžė. It is known of the Father Stanislovas and XIX century's citizens revolutions against Tsarist Russia. There also is a modern museum about Lithuanian citizens and what they had gone through during Tsarist Russia's oppressions. You can walk to this village on foot through interesting village roads.
