This is not a hotel! We offer one room located in the basement/ground floor of our family house, with a private entrance and a private bathroom across the hall. The room is simple, with one single bed and a bed stand, an armchair with a small laptop table, a couple of cupboards with a TV, and a table with a kettle, tea and coffee. You have a view of our garden from the window. The private bathroom is very nice but we have to warn you - the shower is small -> you will need to bend to take the shower! This is a non-smoking house. Please note that it is a family house with kids.
We are a family with kids, happy to welcome you in our house, where you will have a lot of privacy, thanks to the separate entrance, and should not feel disturbed by our family life! We always personally welcome our guests, so please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, so we are home to show you in. If you have any questions, please ask, we are happy to help! We will recommend a way to get here depending where you arrive, and can also pick you up for an additional fee (18 EUR).
Our neighbourhood of Hamm is very quiet, close to nature (a nice forest park where you can run, walk or cycle), but also close to the city centre - only 5 min. by bus to the train station and 10 min. by bus to the city centre.
