The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. Fast internet will allow you to work from home. The apartment is ideal for everyone who would like to live in a cozy house in nature but near the center of the city. Huge yard with barbecue place. Parking is available in the yard. The kitchen has all the necessary for cooking. WC, shower, towels, iron, washing machine. Sofas have high-quality roll-up mattresses for comfortable sleep. The house is divided into two apartments. Neighbors are a family of 3 people. My brother Max with his wife Irina, and six-year-old son Miroslav. Max is a programmer, but the main hobby of life is paragliding. In the summertime, there is an opportunity to fly with him in tandem to Daugavpils Aerodrome. If you would like to try paragliding with him, please let me know and I will send you all the necessary information. My name is Anastasija Dubovska. I work and live in Riga now, but Daugavpils is the city of my heart. Currently, a freelance artist, me and my husband come to Daugavpils two times a month and stay at my parent's house, which is 15 km from the city. As an artist, I work with charcoal drawings on canvas and make art deco for sale. Some works you can see in the apartment. The area is quiet and safe. 15 minutes by public transport to the city center and 7 minutes by car. Nearby there is a beautiful forest with paths for walking and 10 minutes by car from Lake Stropi. The supermarket is around the corner.
