We are a local Merzouga Berber family. We love our home here by the beautiful Erg Chebbi sand dunes. At night, Assif n'Itrane, Berber for "River of Stars" (the Milky Way) is so beautiful and bright at night we gave this name to our deluxe camp.

Deluxe Eco-friendly Camp: Our two-room deluxe tents are individually decorated highlighting the Berber nomad cultural heritage. Bedrooms contain king or twin beds, bed linen and towels, authentic Berber carpets, atmospheric traditional Moroccan lanterns, hand-painted Marrakeshi cupboards and complimentary bottled mineral water. Private ensuite bathrooms have hot & cold water, shower, hand-made terracotta hand-basin, toilet and eco-friendly personal toiletries. Solar powered lighting & 240 V outlet available 24h. Smoking is not allow inside any tent. Meals: All rates are inclusive of breakfast & dinner. Camel ride: Sunset and sunrise camel rides available. (Bookings essential) Environmental Friendly: We love our beautiful environment - our electricity is solar power generated. Getting here: We provide a complimentary return transfer from Merzouga village and Merzouga area hotels. Transfers from/to other locations are available eg Erfoud and Ouarzazate (supplementary cost); contact us for details.
