Nous travaillons depuis des années dans ce secteur, en évitant à nos clients tous les pièges à touristes qui sont parfois désagréables pour une clientèle non avertie.

Property information

Equipement entier, on s'y sent bien le jour comme la nuit avec un charmant salon contemporain ainsi qu'une bonne décoration. j'attire l'attention sur la literie et les matelas qui sont de très bonne qualité, comme c'est très peu souvent le cas dans des locations saisonnières.

Neighbourhood information

Le quartier est un mélange idéal de calme de par la rue de la résidence dans le beau Guéliz, et à 150 mètres d'absolument toutes les commodités. Il se situe entre la limite de l'Hivernage qui est à 5 minutes à pied avec les endroits branchés. La rue est dépaysante et pleine de verdure. Charme unique dans le centre de Marrakech. Il y a une épicerie juste en face, un spa, un salon de coiffure et un carrefour juste en face.
