Its central location is ideal for exploring Tangier on foot. It has all necessary facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, shops, a shopping mall, only a 5-minute drive to Tangier main train station, 10 minutes from Tangier City port, and 30 minutes from Tangier Med port. The holiday complex is quiet and offers ample outdoor space; the green area can be used by all residents, providing a safe outdoor play area for children. The apartment itself is on the second floor and shares only one neighboring unit owned by our family. It features a small terrace at the entrance and a 100 sqm rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing.
