Property information

We are an educated married couple with deep roots in family traditions and village tourism, dedicated to making your stay warm, comfortable, and truly welcoming. What sets us apart is the fact that everything you need is all in one place: We offer 3 studio apartments located in the village of Karuč, Cetinje Municipality. All three are on the same floor, newly built in 2022, and furnished in a modern style. Large windows frame the rooms, each with a private bathroom. Every room has its own balcony equipped with sun umbrellas, loungers, and bean bag chairs, offering magnificent views of Montenegro’s mountains and the lake right outside your window. The apartments come fully equipped with air conditioning, TV with 300 channels, free Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, and toiletries. Directly below the apartments, you’ll find a brand-new restaurant with a beach bar and a fully equipped beach area. The beach is furnished with loungers and umbrellas. We offer all kinds of water activities, including boat rides that are very popular—fast or slow. You can rent boats of all sizes, including a catamaran with a fridge and WC on board, perfect for larger groups and cruising. Canoes, pedal boats, and on-site fishing are also available. Additionally, we provide visits to the family winery “Mrkan,” known for its decades-old, multi-award-winning wines, with tasting and snacks available (these services are charged separately). Parking is free for guests, well-lit, monitored by security cameras, and guarded at night. Our menu features authentic Montenegrin country food, grills, seafood specialties, and vegan options. We also organize visits to Kom and Ostrog monasteries, perfect for individual or group religious tourism. Location: The capital city of Montenegro, Podgorica, is just 27 km away from Apartments Karučki Krš.
