Modern studio apartment, 34m2 with balcony and open sea view. It is fully equipped, with free high speed internet and cable TV. It is located in a quiet part of Becici, only 450 meters from the beach and 4 km from Budva. It is part of a completely new luxury complex "Status" surrounded by greenery. It has a pool with sun loungers and parasols which is free to use. Parking is available. The building has a gym with high quality equipment on an area of 400m2. Use of the gym is charged, 1 day = 9 euros, 1 week = 19 euros.
