Budva's Old Town is one of the oldest urban centers on the Adriatic coast, with a history that goes back more than 2,500 years. Located on a small peninsula, this medieval town is a true jewel of the Montenegrin coast, known for its architecture, narrow cobbled streets and rich cultural heritage.

The old town is surrounded by massive stone walls dating from different historical periods, including the Venetian and Austrian periods. Inside the walls is a network of narrow streets, squares and typical stone houses. Among the most important sights are:
- *Citadel:* The most impressive fortress in the old town, which offers a wonderful view of the city and the sea. Inside the Citadel there is a museum and a library.
- *Church of the Holy Trinity:* Built at the beginning of the 19th century, known for its beautiful fresco above the entrance.
- *Church of St. John:* It dates back to the 7th century, known for its bell tower that dominates the panorama of the old town.
- *Church of Santa Maria in Punta:* One of the oldest churches in Budva, built in the 9th century.
