Surrounded by untouched nature of Lovcen mountain and decorated in ethno style by the owner, a Montenegrin painter and sculptor, Niko Duletic. The apartment is one-bedroom that can easily host up to five people. Enjoy the quiet and calming atmosphere of this charming country house only 12km above Budva.

Recently moved to Budva as my place for vacation became permanent residence. Nature enthusiast, history book lover, Bruce Springsteen fan... As a host I tend to be friendly and useful as I can, particularly with the advice for site-seeing, hidden beaches and low key bars.

Apartment is located in a village called Duletici whose name comes from the last name of the family that owns the land. The neighborhood is consisted of few country houses that are mostly used during the weekends.
